Terms & Conditions

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE BRIEF//QUOTE
    Client acceptance of the brief/quote (or elements therein) must be received in writing. Acceptance implied full agreement to the terms and conditions listed below.

  2. ADDITIONS TO THE BRIEF
    Work additional to the agreed scope of services contained within the brief//quotes will be charged at the agreed daily rate applicable at the time and stated in the Client Fee Proposal.
  3. FEE PROPOSAL VALIDITY
    Quotations made for services with be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of the quotation.
  4. TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT
    In the event of the Client terminating the appointment, after a letter of appointment has been received, the Client will be liable for the amount outstanding at the time of termination. Notice of termination will only be accepted in writing.
  5. PAYMENT TERMS
    Unless otherwise stipulated, invoices for services not provided on a monthly retainer basis (i.e. one-off payments for services) will be issued upon completion and will be due and payable upon receipt. Invoices for services provided on a monthly retainer basis will be raised on the last working day of each month and due and payable 30 days from the date of the invoice. If an invoice becomes overdue for payment, interest on the overdue amounts will be charged as follows:
    From 30 to 45 days 10% of the unpaid invoice total.
    Over 45 days an additional 10% of the unpaid invoice total. Payment shall be deems to have been received with the full amount of the value of the invoice has been credited to the bank account of Hustle+Fox.
  6. FORCE MAJEURE
    In the event that Hustle+Fox is prevented from carrying out their obligations under a contract, as a result of any cause beyond their control, such as but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lockouts, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver goods/services, Hustle+Fox shall be relieved of their obligations and liabilities for as long as fulfilment is prevented.
  7. LIABILITY
    Hustle+Fox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss no matter how caused. Where applicable, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee agreed and paid.
  8. COMPLAINT
    Unless a written complaint is received, it will be assumed for all purposes that the services supplied are met with complete satisfaction by the Client. Any notice of complaint should be presented within 1 month of the completion of the appointment. Upon receipt of such notice, all necessary action will be taken as considered appropriate to investigate the complaint. 
  9. MISCELLANEOUS
    If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected. The laws of England shall govern the validity construction and performance of any contract to which these Terms and Conditions apply and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Court.
